group classes

We offer a variety of group classes to help keep you motivated and challenged in your fitness life. Our classes are designed to be fun and dynamic while pushing you to challenge yourself, your pace, and your potential. They are kept at a maximum of 13 people to allow for personal corrections AND personal connections. We are passionate about getting people moving and making class feel welcoming, not intimidating.

G.i.t. Fit

G.I.T. FIT (Group Integrated Training) is a high intensity fitness class that combines interval training, cardiovascular training, and weight training. Each class will start with a warm up, move to full body exercises, and finish with a cool down/stretching section. We aim to train your entire body and teach you progressive healthy movement patterns. Come ready to sweat and wearing tennis shoes.

Mondays: 7:30am, 12:00pm, 7:00pm
Tuesdays: 7:30am
Wednesdays: 12:00pm, 7:00pm
Thursdays: 7:30am, 6:30pm
Fridays: 12:00pm, 7:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am

G.i.t. Fit LITE

G.I.T. FIT LITE  is an introduction to our Group Integrated Training class (G.I.T FIT). In this class you will learn all the basic functional movements and increase your cardio strength and endurance. Modifications are given as needed for most exercises. It is a great class if you're returning to fitness after a break, or just starting out.

POWER FIT PILATES is an intense workout based on the Pilates principals and exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Each class is designed around stabilization of the core and strengthening of the limbs with light weights and other props. Expect to advance basic movement patterns that improve posture and flexibility while increasing strength and coordination. All levels, however, basic knowledge of Pilates mat work is suggested.

Wednesdays: 6:00pm


ALL LEVELS PILATES MAT is a series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates designed to stabilize and strengthen the body. Pilates can improve posture and  flexibility in the body while increasing core strength to support other fitness routines. 

Wednesdays: 7:30am
Saturdays: 11:00am


STRONG SPINE REFORMER is a small group class designed around keeping the pelvis and spine in its functional neutral pattern. It uses the Pilates reformers loaded with spring resistance to work your whole body, leaving you feeling lengthened and toned. With attention to spinal strength, this class is perfect for anyone returning to exercise after an injury or long break.

trx mat class

This class combines the mobility and core strength of Pilates Mat with functional strength training on the TRX. It's a perfect class for building stamina and strength while staying low impact.
