tailored Training

Tailored Training, (TT), is a new program designed for clients who are looking to have a consistent, individually supported weight training program. You train anywhere from 1-3 days a week with your personalized program that progresses after 8 weeks of training.

Personal programs are designed with your goals and needs during your 2 starting private sessions. You then work them alongside 2-3 others at designated times throughout the week with the support and coaching from our expert trainer. This is perfect for you if you want more support and accountability than just going to the gym on your own and are generally healthy and pain free.


group CLASSES

  1. G.I.T. FIT is a high paced, group fitness class designed to get you sweating, lifting, and moving better. With a maximum of 10 people you get the group class, circuit training energy, mixed with high level coaching and cueing.

TRX Workout is no joke. We hit all the functional strength exercises using the TRX for assistance AND resistance. Starting with some Pilates mat work, the workout can be scaled to fit all levels.
