Pilates Mat
This class is structured around the Pilates based mat work. The exercises are designed to strengthen all parts of the body with special attention given to the deep abdominal muscles. Focus will be on mastering the Pilates principles and applying them to all the exercises throughout the classes, creating a flow of the work.
Pilates mat work helps to develop better
postural awareness and increases strength and flexibility.

Reformer Series
This 3 person group class applies Pilates mat work and its core principles to the traditional reformer machine. Loaded with spring resistance, the reformer works to develop strength and balance in the legs, arms and especially the core muscles. It allows for a larger repertoire of Pilates exercises that work to increase stamina and coordination and is a great addition to any exercise program. During the series we will progress from beginning to advanced Pilates exercises.
